You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return
  We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address for your item.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging (unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. We will help with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
